We collect LinkedIn user data only when users explicitly authorize our application through LinkedIn's OAuth process. We collect:
- Public profile information (name, email)
- Permission to post on behalf of our organization page

Collected data is used solely for:
- Authenticating our application with LinkedIn
- Posting job opportunities to our company page
- Improving our job curation service

3. Data Storage
We do not store personal LinkedIn user data. Authorization tokens are stored securely and encrypted. Job posting data is stored in our secure database (Airtable) for tracking and analytics purposes only.

We do not share, sell, or distribute any user data to third parties.

Users can revoke access at any time through their LinkedIn app settings.
