This website is operated by Career Katalyst. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Career Katalyst. Career Katalyst offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms") apply and govern the provision, representation and buying and sales process in conjunction with the use of the services provided by Career Katalyst as well as the Career Katalyst website.

As user i.e. you accept the validity of these terms each time he/she uses the Career Katalyst website. By visiting our site, purchasing services from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. By using our website, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18. We do not permit those under 18 to use our services.

Access

Our Services

We offer services on career coaching, which shall include coaching advice, courses, workshops and digital products (collectively known as "Services").

Conflict of Interest

The Get Hired Academy program expressly prohibits individuals identified as career coaches or professionals in the career coaching industry from enrolling as students. This provision is in place to maintain the integrity of the learning experience and ensure that our program is tailored to the needs of those seeking employment opportunities rather than those offering career coaching services.

Any individual identified as a career coach or professional in the career coaching industry who enrolls in the program without explicitly letting us know beforehand will be removed from our program and will waive his/her right to ask for a refund of payment.

Payment Obligation

We offer payment in terms of (1) one-off payment and (2) payment plan of 3 months*.
*For any payment plan, we assume your payment obligation for the whole plan period.
If you place a purchase order with us, a sales contract will then be concluded between you and us and you are obliged to pay the fees for our Services. The fees are immediately due.

We offer Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as payment methods.

Tax & Duties

You shall be responsible for payment of any tax and duties. You shall pay all applicable tax and duties to the applicable authorities for purchasing our Services.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is different for each kind of our Programs & Services. Please see the following:

Courses: We believe in the course system, and we're confident that once you dive in, you'll love it, but we also understand it might not be for everyone. You have a 7-day window after your purchase date to request a refund. To qualify, you'll need to have watched less than 3 sub-modules (videos) of the course and haven’t downloaded any course materials.

All refund requests will be reviewed individually and will be decided at the sole discretion of Career Katalyst.

This policy reflects our dedication to your success while maintaining the integrity of our personalized coaching experience.

2. Other Digital Products: Because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the product details carefully before buying. If you experience any technical issues, feel free to reach out for support.

Given the nature of our Product and Services which is mainly on career coaching, we make NO GUARANTEE about any implication or effect of our Services.

You shall be ultimately responsible to make the final decision for yourself. By purchasing our Services, you personally accept any and all risks and results arising from using our Services.

Success in the courses is contingent upon the participant's active involvement and application of the strategies and advice provided.

While Career Katalyst provides the tools and support necessary for a successful job search, the ultimate responsibility for securing a new position lies with the participant. The program's effectiveness is directly related to the participant's dedication and effort.

Guarantees

Intellectual Property Ownership

We own all intellectual property rights in the products and company branding as between you and us. Intellectual property includes but is not limited to the following:

Logos, and variations of the logo
Downloadable or shareable materials on the Website (www.careerkatalyst.net)
Downloadable or shareable materials on Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn
Downloadable or shareable materials on Career Katalyst's Podia Platform
All rights in respect of an invention, discovery, trade secret, secret process, know-how, concept, idea, information, process, data, formula, or work product

All work products developed in whole or in part by us are strictly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You must not:

Modify or copy the materials
Share account or grant access to your account to other person.
Distribute the materials for any public display without our permission (commercial or non-commercial)
Recording, duplicating, or redistributing any course materials—whether by audio, video, screenshot, or other means.
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Access services from more than 2 devices.
Creating or operating multiple accounts to access course content.

We will automatically revoke your access to our sites upon violation of these Terms. Upon revocation of your access or violation of these terms, you must destroy any downloaded materials in Your possession, whether in electronic or printed format. The participant will also be removed from our program and will waive his/her right to ask for a refund of payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws, we hereby expressly disclaim all the liability in respect of our Services and SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from your use of our Services. You shall assume your own responsibility for your decision making.

Testimonials

By signing up for our Services, you waive the right to anonymity and any testimonials including unofficial testimonials and words of praise via LinkedIn, private Facebook groups, private Podia communities, and direct messages with our employees or our affiliates have the potential to be used on our website, Instagram, and/or other marketing or promotional materials.
