Viraj Shah is a Toronto-based entrepreneur, marketing data strategist, and career coach. Viraj started his professional career in the marketing and advertising industry. He landed an internship at Kinetic Worldwide (now WPP Media) and within a month of completing his internship, he secured interviews at top agencies such as dentsu, Publicis Media, Omnicom Media Group, and IPG Mediabrands. He accepted an offer at dentsu, where he advanced from Media Coordinator to Media Planner in just 9 months.

His coaching focuses on strategic job search and interview preparation, particularly for professionals in advertising and marketing. Viraj’s clientele have landed roles at RBC, EY, BMO, and top media agencies. Known for his personalized, results-oriented approach, Viraj works exclusively with motivated individuals, partnering with a select group to ensure high-impact, individualized support.

His early experiences, ranging from working as a salesperson at his brother’s garment shop during high school vacations to remote healthcare operations, retail sales, and event bartending, fostered versatility, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset. He holds a postgraduate degree with honors in Advertising Media Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from St. Xaviers College.
